September 2020 Summary Statistics

Like I did with the months of MarchAprilMay, JuneJuly, and August, I will present some summary statistics which can explain the trends that we observed during the month of September 2020.

Note: This will be the last monthly summary where I make these daily percentage increase charts for both cases and fatalities. The percentages themselves have gotten so low (as I mentioned in the daily update for 28 September), and the fluctuation is so marginal (tenths of a percentage point at this juncture), that I see no particular value in it.
