Comments

  1. For all three jurisdictions (MD, DC, VA) the share of new cases now closely matches the population shares, with MD slightly ahead of DC and VA in population-adjusted cases.

However, the share of fatalities for VA is significantly less than its population share, with MD and DC shares significantly higher. Wonder how much of this has to do with differences in vaccination shares among the three jurisdictions, or with differences in population demographics.
