April 19th Data Update

The total confirmed cases in the DC area rose by 816 to 13,803 from the previous total of 12,987, an approximate 6% increase. Fatalities rose by 38 to 451, from the previous total of 413, an approximate 9% increase. The doubling time (3-day moving average) for fatalities in the DC area is approximately 7.9 days.
